Perform Well's 5 pillar approach to promoting success at work:
Fueling your body and mind and having the energy to live and work at your best
Knowing where you are going, how you are going to get there and believing in the purpose of the journey
Proactively building a robust and resourseful network and strengthening important relationships
Developing strategies for when things don't go as planned, to look for unexpected opportunities and to maintain perspective
Understand your values and what drives you to succeed; becoming reflective on how this can impact your behavior and relationships at work
“The biggest value for me in your questions was that they reflected your understanding of my situations, which confirms that you listened attentively, not just to respond but to to deeply understand, and keep challenging me to further wrestle with my thoughts.”
- IH, Tampa, USA
“I always left our sessions feeling energized and problems felt smaller. I worked with Faye for 3 months and feel that those 3 months have had a lasting impact on my development.”
- TL, London, UK
“General themes we have seen of late are that individuals who access coaching feel better supported at work, see an improvement to their emotional wellbeing and resilience and a number have received promotions in this time.”
